An author can participate with a maximum of two articles as the first author.
The papers selected by the scientific committee will be included in  EDUCATIO ARTIS GYMNASTICAE – Studia Universitatis Babes-Bolyai.
The full articles, inserted in the conference template will be sent to the email address  together with the completed and signed copyright and the proof of payment.

Several poster sessions will be organized. The posters will be accessible for all conference participants on SMART screens. Each poster will be visible for 5 minutes. During this time, questions can be asked to the author/authors of the paper. 

Template and submission

A PowerPoint template is provided for the poster. Please name the poster as follows: Surname_Firstname.ppt
The E-poster must be sent at  until October 15, 2025.
Traditional poster presentations will not be possible. All presented posters must be in digital format.
